Insurance

NeuroPointDX does not currently accept commercial insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Upon completion of the testing, you will receive a receipt for the testing services provided. You may elect to submit this, along with an insurance claim, to your health insurance company. Please contact your health insurance provider directly for more information about submitting a claim.

Self-Pay

Full payment is required prior to release of test results. The sample may be processed when it arrives in the NeuroPointDX lab, but the results report will not be released to the ordering physician until the cost of the test has been paid in full.

Payment may be made using the methods indicated below. Please note: NeuroPointDX offers a 25% self-pay discount for patients who pay for the cost of our test out-of-pocket.

Payment via credit card, check, or money orders may be shipped along with the order form and blood sample.

Credit card payments may also be made using our online portal or by calling our billing services team at 608-441-8187.

You may also submit a check or money order by mail. Please include the patient’s name and date of birth on the check or money order to ensure payment is applied appropriately.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

You may elect to use your HSA card to pay for our test.

Financial Assistance

NeuroPointDX has two Financial Assistance programs to help families cover the cost of testing.

Payment Plan

NeuroPointDX has a simple payment plan available to help distribute the cost of our test over three (3) months. Anyone paying out-of-pocket for our test may elect to use our payment plan. Please contact us to sign up for our payment plan option. Please note: Full payment must be received prior to release of test results.

Compassionate Care Program

NeuroPointDX is committed to making our test available to as many patients as possible. Our Compassionate Care Program (CCP) provides testing at a reduced cost, based on financial need. Please contact us for more information about the CCP and to see if you qualify.
