Metabolic Profiling of the Children’s Autism Metabolome Project (CAMP)
May 15, 2017
Presented at the International Meeting for Autism Research (IMFAR) May, 2017
NeuroPointDX is conducting a research study called Children’s Autism Metabolome Project (CAMP), which is the largest autism-specific clinical study using metabolomics-based methodologies. Metabolism-based analysis has the potential to identify biomarker profiles, derived from an individual’s inherited biochemistry, as well as capture the interactions of the gut microbiome, dietary, and environmental factors that contribute to the unique metabolic signature of an individual with autism spectrum disorder. Dr. Robert Burrier presented this poster at the International Meeting for Autism Research, May 2017.
